Position Details
Minimum Experience: 1 Year
Annual Salary: £29k – £32k
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining company’s website and social media presence
2. Receiving and processing purchase orders
3. Issuing sales transaction invoices
4. Verifying orders
5. Managing customers’ personal information and payment details
6. Communicating with customers via phone or email to:
– Address queries
– Obtain missing information
7. Maintaining and updating records
8. Compiling monthly sales reports
9. Expediting orders through internal liaison
10. Directing customer feedback to relevant departments
11. Supporting the marketing department with administrative tasks as needed
