Tony’s background includes a distinguished career in the Armed Forces, which laid a strong foundation for his subsequent roles in the private sector. He has held senior positions in some of the largest security companies in the industry, showcasing his ability to lead and innovate. Furthermore, Tony has contributed to the security sector as a British Standards industry advisor, particularly focusing on standards such as BS7894, BS7499, and BS10800. His comprehensive knowledge and strategic vision continue to propel Rapid Security Services Ltd to new heights in the security landscape.
Roy Snell
Roy began his career in the military, serving with some of the country’s most prestigious regiments, where he gained unparalleled experience in the security sector and established himself as a respected leader.
Currently, as the Regional Response Manager at Rapid Security Services Ltd, Roy is responsible for the service delivery of the company’s Mobile Security Services and supports the guarding team. His military background and leadership skills play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation and high standards of the security services provided by the company.
Roy’s passion for the industry has driven him to spearhead Rapid Security Services Ltd.’s recent affiliations with the International Professional Security Association (IPSA) and the Security Industry Federation (SIF). Both organizations share Roy’s ethos for conducting operations with integrity and excellence, aligning perfectly with his commitment to doing things the right way.

Dean’s journey in the security industry began in 2007 in South Africa, a place where quick thinking and robust solutions are essential. Dean’s dedication and ability to build lasting relationships allowed him to steadily climb the sales chain.
In 2009, Dean earned his first sales award, further enhancing his profile and ultimately achieving Diamond Award status. This prestigious accolade is reserved for those who consistently deliver significant sales figures.
Passionate about the security industry, Dean is driven to provide high-end services to both customers and employers. He values honesty and integrity, adhering to a straightforward, no-nonsense approach when building new relationships. Dean prides himself on offering realistic options and never trying to sell unrealistic dreams.
Dean is a strong advocate for balance, ensuring that there is always time to focus on what we love, whether it’s family, friends, or personal passions. Dean is also a mental health facilitator for Andy’s Man Club, a men’s mental health charity.
In addition to his professional achievements, Dean is a keen musician with a long-standing involvement in the music industry since the age of 19. He has performed all over South Africa and even released an EP before moving to the UK.
