QUALITY POLICY
Rapid Services Group Ltd (RSS Ltd) was established in 2018 to provide Manned Guarding and other Security Services to the Construction, Healthcare, retail, corporate and leisure industries. The Company provides the highest levels of customer service and respects the client’s right to be involved in the improvement of their contract with the Company. The Company seeks to improve its market share of the industry by diligent pursuit of quality control and human resources and development programs. RSS Ltd Provide trained, disciplined, and professional work force motivated to offer quality of service to our clients. RSS Ltd is assessed by an accredited assessment body, to ISO 9001: 2015, BS7499: 2020, and BS10800: 2020. The Company ensures that its workforce is screened to BS7858 2019.
We are committed to quality management in all aspects of the business. The purpose of this manual is to present the organisations Quality Management system to all personnel, giving the guidance essential for the effective application of Quality Control. The contents serve as a basic reference to policies, processes, and procedures, together with work instructions (where necessary) outlining the activities and responsibilities, which a person holding a company appointment is expected to undertake as a normal part of his/her duties. The Managing Director shall determine the criteria and methods to ensure that both the operation and control of the processes are effective. It is the responsibility of the Managing Director to ensure the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of the processes. RSS Ltd Quality policy is a framework for its management system quality objective. The organization shall monitor measure and analyse the processes, ensuring that actions are implemented to achieve planned results and to continually improve their effectiveness.
Our organizational goals are to ensure that the changes required within our documented management system meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015, written to all Standards, Codes of Practice and Schedules as required by ACOPS and regs, which are performed in a managed methodical way to ensure that the system is fully understood and implemented throughout the company. RSS Ltd will make this Policy available to all stakeholders, shareholders, staff, and general public on request.
EQUALITY & DIVERSITY POLICY
Rapid Security aims to ensure no job applicant, current, former employee or worker whether full-time or part-time receives less favourable treatment either directly or indirectly on the grounds of their race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, sex, marital status, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, religion or belief, disability or age.
The Company’s aim is to appoint, train, develop and promote its employees on the basis of merit and ability. All employees have a duty both morally and legally not to discriminate against individuals. This means that within the context of employment there shall be no discrimination on account of disability, race, colour, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, age, sex, sexual orientation or marital status.
Employees are responsible for application of Rapid’s Equal Opportunities Policy which extends to the treatment of members of public and fellow employees. Line managers and supervisors involved in recruitment, selection, promotion and training of employees and are also responsible for the practical application of Equal Opportunities Policy in all aspect of our business.
Disciplinary action under the disciplinary procedure will be taken against any employee who is found to have committed an act of unlawful discrimination. Discriminatory conduct and sexual or racial harassment will be regarded as acts of gross misconduct.
If there is any doubt about appropriate treatment under the Rapid’s Equal Opportunities Policy, employees should consult their immediate supervisor. Grievance procedure is available to any employee who which to challenge unfair discrimination against them.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Every Rapid Security & Concierge officer undergoes a full 5 year screening process in strict accordance with the BS7858 before being allocated any operational duties for the company. Additionally we also carry out credit status checks along with enhanced annual DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service formerly known as CRB or i.e. Criminal Records Bureau checks) checks on all officers who will be assigned to certain clients for example for those working with vulnerable adults and young persons, it gives our clients peace of mind.

The objective of the health and safety policy is to minimise accidents or situations which might endanger the health, safety or welfare of any and all persons in connection with the company business. Rapid acknowledges its overall responsibility to ensure so far as is reasonably practicable the health & Safety and welfare at work for its employees. It will only be possible for the Company to comply with these obligations if both its employees and any clients or other affected third parties understand that they are under a duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and any others who may be affected by their acts or omissions. This includes working to the Company’s rules, following safe systems of work, using appropriate personal protective equipment and drawing any matters of concern to the attention of the management. Any and all equipment provided by the Company is to be kept in good working order and should only be used for the purpose for which they were intended. Any defects in equipment should be reported to the management at the earliest opportunity. All employees should familiarise themselves with the procedures to be followed in the event of a fire or similar emergency at the premises where they are working.
Any incident which results in an injury must be reported in writing to the management. Any employee found, or suspected to be, under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be suspended and subject to the Company’s disciplinary procedures. Smoking is prohibited at all times during the working day.

MODERN SLAVERY POLICY
1. Zero Tolerance:
Rapid Services Group Ltd (RSS Ltd) operates a zero-tolerance policy to Modern Slavery and fully supports the intentions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Modern Slavery is an infringement on basic human rights such as: the right to life, freedom from torture and the right to fair and just working conditions. It materialises in many ways including: Human Trafficking, Forced Labour; Debt Slavery; Child Slavery; Domestic Slavery, Child and Forced Marriage and Slavery in the Supply Chain. Forced labour is the most common form of slavery in the UK, arising from the pursuit of cheap products and services, with little consideration about the people behind them.
At RSS Ltd, Eradicating Modern Slavery in all its forms across our business and supply chain is central to these values and is essential for conducting business in a fair, ethical, and responsible way. We are on a continuous journey of improving both our practices and policies which we remain committed to keeping at the front of our minds as we progress as a business.
2. Rapid Services Group Ltd Structure:
RSS Ltd is a Manned Guarding and Cleaning Services provider currently operating solely in the UK. RSS Ltd is a Security Industry Authority ACS Accredited company. This year, RSS Ltd will perform a gap analysis review to identify any gaps within the company’s policies and procedures as well as to gauge general understanding of the issues related to modern slavery. The outcome of this gap analysis will be used to help guide RSS Ltd to implement any changes that may be required to improve RSS Ltd policies, procedures, and training provision.
3. Rapid Services Group Ltd Supply Chain and Due Diligence :
Our Supply Chain is very limited and consist of only a few select companies that operate within our industry, we therefore do not believe our Supply Chain carries a high degree of risk relating to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. However, our intention is to carry out a deeper review to confirm this conclusion in the coming year.
Other actions: • We are reviewing our supplier due diligence processes to ensure our suppliers understand their responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and we have updated our Standard Supplier Contracts, so that Suppliers are contractually bound to comply with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
4. Rapid Services Group Ltd Policies:
We are committed to putting effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of Modern Slavery within the business or our Supply Chain. We have internal policies in place, including our recruitment and whistle blowing policies that demonstrate our commitment to this.
5. Training :
We currently do not have any specific training on the Modern Slavery Act in place. We do however have a comprehensive suite of online training for new employees including on Whistle Blowing. Additionally, all staff have regular compulsory training requirements they must complete to ensure that they are up to date with the latest legislation and understand the actions they need to take if necessary.
Each year we send out an engaging communication to our employees alerting them to the dangers of Modern Slavery and making them aware that our Whistle Blowing procedure should be followed should they know of or suspect any incidence of Modern Slavery in our business or Supply Chain. We shall make it clear that we take any such reports extremely seriously and we will act on them quickly.
6. The Act:
In accordance with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, this statement can be found on our website and will be reviewed annually.
